The chili has been so popular that the WOLO boys have had to make three 5-gallon batches of chili in just four days. That equates to 75 pounds of brisket! We’ve had a dozen self-claimed “chili experts” say it’s one of the best chilis they have ever had and people are ordering double orders just for themselves. I guess an all-brisket (with some bacon…and great beer) is the way to make chili. There’s nothing green, and no beans. It’s just meat. SUCKER FREE CHILI.
